Március első felében zajlanak az állami iskolákban kötelezően választható hit- és erkölcstanórákkal kapcsolatos tájékoztató szülői értekezletek, a szülők áprilisban írathatják be református hittanra gyermeküket.
A szülőknek kell nyilatkozniuk arról, hogy állami fenntartású általános iskolában vagy hatévfolyamos gimnáziumban tanuló, általános iskolás korú gyermekük az etikaoktatást vagy valamelyik felekezet hit- és erkölcstan óráját fogja látogatni a következő tanévben.
